For additional storage and backup, use the optional ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter III (43N3412) to install the ThinkPad 500GB 5400 rpm Serial ATA Hard Drives in the media bay of the following supported ThinkPad laptops: - ThinkPad T400/T500, T400s, W500/W700, and R400/R500 Series notebooks - ThinkPad X200 UltraBase For additional storage and backup on other ThinkPad systems, use the optional ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter (40Y8725) to install the ThinkPad 500GB 5400 rpm Serial ATA Hard Drives in the following media bays: - Supported ThinkPad laptops, including selected ThinkPad T60/T61 and R60/R61 Series notebooks - ThinkPad Advanced Dock - ThinkPad X6 UltraBase and X6 Tablet UltraBase
